83%of the world's population does not speak English as a first language
40%+longer watch time when viewers can follow content in their own language
~10send-to-end latency once live — video and captions arrive in sync, with a one-time warm-up of under 2 minutes per session
The opportunity
Your global audience is watching. They're just not following.
Every live session you run without captions is a session your international audience can't fully engage with. They drop off. They don't come back. And you never know it happened.
Captiofy closes that gap — silently, automatically, without touching your existing setup.
Larger addressable audienceReach viewers in Tokyo, São Paulo, Madrid and beyond — all from the same stream.
Higher engagement and retentionViewers who understand stay longer, participate more, and convert at higher rates.
Inclusive and accessible contentMeet accessibility expectations and demonstrate commitment to a global audience.
More value from your existing content budgetNo new hires. No post-production. The same stream, multiplied across every language market.
Accuracy tuned to your contentOur team adapts the system to each streamer before they go live — calibrated to your vocabulary, industry terms, and speaker style for maximum accuracy from day one.
The outcome
More reach. More engagement. Zero extra work.
01 — Reach
Speak to the other 83%.
One stream, every language. Your content reaches international audiences without any additional production effort or budget.
02 — Engagement
Keep them watching longer.
Viewers who understand your content stay. They engage, they ask questions, they convert. Language comprehension is the single biggest driver of watch time.
03 — Simplicity
Your team does nothing different.
No new software to learn. No changes to your streaming workflow. One URL change — that's the only action required from your team.
Setup
Live in under 60 seconds.
No new tools. No training. No disruption to your team's workflow.
01
We calibrate it for you, in advance
Before day one, our team adapts the system to your specific content — your industry vocabulary, recurring terms, and speaker style. A one-time setup on our side, so your captions are accurate from the very first session — not from the tenth.
02
Your team changes one setting
We give you a URL. Your team puts it in their streaming software instead of the current one. That's the only change — everything else stays exactly the same.
03
Your audience picks their language
Viewers click once to choose their language. Captions appear instantly. No downloads, no apps, no friction on their side either.

FAQ
Questions from teams like yours.
No. The only change is replacing one URL in your streaming software. Everything else — your encoder, your stream key, and your destination — stays exactly the same. The one technical requirement is a minimum bitrate of 6 Mbps on your stream, which is the default in most professional setups. Below that threshold, our servers may not have enough data to process captions accurately in real time. If you're unsure about your current bitrate, we'll check it together during onboarding.
The Starter plan includes 4 languages of your choice plus the source language. The Pro plan covers 9 languages plus source. Enterprise plans support unlimited languages. DeepL covers 30+ target languages, so if you have a specific market in mind, we can support it.
Very high — and we go further than most. Before your first live session, our team adapts the system to your specific content: your industry vocabulary, recurring terminology, product names, speaker accents, and language style. This means the system is calibrated to your stream from day one, not to a generic average. All translations are then powered by DeepL — consistently ranked as the most accurate neural translation engine available, and the same one used by the EU Parliament and thousands of enterprise teams.
Once your session is live, the total end-to-end delay — from when the speaker talks to when the viewer sees both the video and captions — is approximately 10 seconds. This is standard for live streaming and Captiofy adds no perceptible latency on top of your existing stream. On session start, there is a one-time warm-up of under 2 minutes while the system initialises for your stream. After that, everything runs in real time.
No. Captiofy only processes your audio to generate captions. Your video is re-streamed to your existing destination — YouTube, Twitch, your own CDN, or any platform — completely unaffected. Subtitle files are served separately and loaded on top of your player.
You pay for streaming hours — the time your stream is connected to Captiofy. Viewer count has no impact on your bill. If you exceed your monthly allocation, overage is billed per minute at a flat rate. Volume discounts are available for teams with high monthly usage.
Yes. Every new account includes a free onboarding session where we run a full test with your actual setup before your first live stream. Book a demo and we'll take care of the rest.
The Starter plan includes email support with same-business-day response. The Pro plan includes priority email support. Enterprise plans include a dedicated Slack channel and dedicated onboarding. For custom requirements, reach out directly at [email protected]. On the infrastructure side, Captiofy runs on AWS, which means our uptime inherits AWS's reliability guarantees. That said, any issues caused by our own platform layer — configuration, processing, or routing — are our responsibility and handled directly by our team.
